10 Years warranty for all cabinets and doors, 3 years warranty for all other parts manufactured will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover defects in workmanship or materials that are caused by the following:

1. Any force majeure occurrence not within the control of Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet (such as fire, storm,     earthquake, war or act of god).
2. An act by any person, (other than an employee of Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet or a sub-contractor by Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet), which whether by error, neglect or intentional or unintentional misuse, directly or indirectly causes the defect.
3. Water, steam or oil being allowed to soak into any of the materials. The High Moisture Resistant board (HMR) used in the product of Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet cabinets, has a High Moisture Resistance, but is not waterproof.
4. Exposure to water, solvents, pump action cleaners, and normal wear and tear from daily use.
5. If you have conducted your own installation, any damage to Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet materials caused by your faulty or incorrect installation.
6. Any damage to Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet materials caused during delivery, other than damage caused during a delivery arranged by Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet.
7. Natural fading or damage due to direct or indirect exposure to ultra violet light or sunlight.
8. Alteration of any part of the Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet product by any person other than an employee of Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet or an Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet sub- contractor.
9. Placing hot pots, pans or any other hot objects directly on the products surface, or indirectly from cooktops, kettles, toasters or any other appliances.
10. Exposing the product to acidic food produces such as, citric fruit juices, vinegar, salt.
11. Any variations with color or gloss within the product including any replacement, or any fading or aging of the color, gloss or shine over time.
12. Exposing the product to acidic or corrosive materials such as dyes, acetone, bleach, thinning agents, micro abrasive cream.
13. Exposing our products to excessive UV for example direct sunlight in and alfresco application unless the product specified otherwise.
14. Placing heavy object on the product, applying heavy weight to the product, including by standing, stepping or lying on the product; or applying excessive impact caused by dropping or mishandling the product.
15. Failing to care as recommended.
16. Any modification to the product by anyone other than Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet approved supplier.
17. Stone warranty that the Products are free from manufacturing defects, however, this does not apply to colour variances, thermal shock, chemical abuse or defects caused by misuse or wrongful installation, negligence, vandalism and misuse.
18. Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet reserve the right in its sole discretion to determine whether there are any such defects and whether there has been any misuse or wrongful installation and further claims for visible defects of the Products must be made before any fabrication or installation of the Products.
19. The Customer acknowledges that any claim must be notified in writing to Bamboo Kitchen Cabinet within twenty-eight (28) days after becoming aware of any possible defect and further that if notification does not take place then the Customer’s rights to claim shall lapse.
20. Stone Cracks in the material are not a material fault; cracking is the result of externally induced mechanical stress on the material after installation. The most likely causes are settlement or movement, excessive weight being placed on the tops, such as standing or sitting on them, placing hot items including, but not limited to, hot pans, electric frying pans or oven trays directly on the Slab
